Life is what happens
Now, and not tomorrow or
Any time in the past.
Your comment is right on. Too often people (myself) included spend time dwelling on the past and wasting life doing so when it becomes an obsession. The future needs to be planned but only by paying attention to what we are doing can we attain any future goals.
