Hail To The Master (First Line Haiku) Poem by Herbert Nehrlich

Hail To The Master (First Line Haiku)

Rating: 4.0

For I'm a sad one,
a lonely, thoughtful figure
for you to treasure.

Who be the tyrant
ignoring all God's wishes,
he will be slaughtered.

John Tiong Chunghoo is
the omnipotent master
of Haiku pleasure.

dear herbert, i only saw this just now. i wonder when this was written. anyway thank you for mentioning my name. there are plenty of good haiku writers actually. the manichi shinbun and asahi shinbun carry regular haiku columns. i am very surprised by your writing. thanks and keep on. hopefully we can meet up one of these days. i am a travel writer in malaysia.
