Halleluiah! My Savior! My Lord! Poem by Marquita Lawson

Halleluiah! My Savior! My Lord!

With the light of dawn each morning
There's a joy deep in my heart
'Cause Jesus saved my soul and set me free, Halleluiah!
There are no chains that bind me
All those troubles left behind me
I'm moving on and claim His victory!

Hallelujah! He's my Savior!
Hallelujah! He's my Lord!
There is no one like Him in this world.
He bought me with his dying blood
He taught me with agape love
Hallelujah! My Savior, my Lord!

As I walk through daily trials
I know that He is there
He will never leave me I'm His own, Hallelujah!
Although the road's not easy
I'll never walk alone
Our true and faithful God will bring me home

Hallelujah! He's my Savior!
Hallelujah! He's my Lord!
There is no one like Him in this world.
He bought me with His dying blood
He taught me with agape love
Hallelujah! My Savior, my Lord!

Hallelujah! You're my Savior!
Hallelujah! You're my Lord!
There is no one like You in this world.
You bought me with Your dying blood
You taught me with agape love
Hallelujah! My Savior, my Lord!
Hallelujah! My Savior, my Lord!
