Hanging On Poem by diana rose tolentino

Hanging On

I thought that I’m alright
I thought that I’ll survive
But seeing you now
Those thoughts are all gone

Seeing you with someone else
Slowly kills me down inside
Seeing you so happy in her arms
There is no solace I can find

I never have imagined myself
Would ver feel this way again
The love that I have for you
Was just always been there

You have already moved on
You have a life on your own
A life that I do not belong
A life that I kept on hanging on

can 100% relate to not being able to let go. If this is a personal poem i hope the pain eases. Good work
