Happy 20th
Only I can be the one
To ponder twenty years
And some hours in between
To confront futuristic fears
For two decades of dependency
And no less of independence
A decade times two of a little selfishness
Dedicated to years of penance
Yet even years have treated kindly
Exposed to graces ten fold
And in my hand lay more time
Tiny years to slip my forever hold.
