Happy Birthday, Dear Daughter Dr. Diana Poem by Dr John Celes

Happy Birthday, Dear Daughter Dr. Diana

The grass is greener here than everywhere!
The air is cleaner here than much elsewhere;
The soil is fertile more than anywhere;
The water tastes much better only here.

Just think about the good things, we enjoy;
Your heart mustn't yearn for unfound, unknown joy;
Just love the blessings, God has given you;
God gives you life for duty to well do.

Remember time is precious-most in life;
God tests your love by giving you some strife;
The love of parents, siblings are foremost;
Avoid words harsh that stay at any cost.

Remind yourself of fleeting life on earth;
Remember God's purpose for your soul's birth;
Reset your life with priorities good;
Smiles and laughter are life's splendid food!

Life worthwhile turns when others learn to smile;
Life-span increases when you rest awhile;
Achieving feats should not affect your health;
Money alone in life isn't real wealth.

Enjoy your birthday, thanking God from heart;
You learn to stay happy just like an art;
Just watch your words that hurt and wound loved ones;
But pray always for God's mercy in tons.
From your loving mom, sister and dad
