Today the 20th of May
Do we, your children, pray
That success fill your way
That God's blessing augment your pay

That your peace increase
That your troubles decrease
That, permanently, your sorrows freeze
That you feel God's calming breeze

You are such an excellent mother:
About us you bother.
When we are in trouble you never totter:
You care about both son and daughter

Even this day
Which undoubtedly is your day
To God we fervently pray
For his comforting ray
As to you we say:
'Mother, Happy Birthday.'
