To all good father's
All fathers who nurture their own kids
All fathers who raise other men's kids
They are everyone's heroes
When enemies are at the gate
Protecting their community that their children be safe
It is a good father
Who cares for his family
till his last breath
No one on earth is like a father all over the earth.
He is his daughters' first love,
His sons' first comrade.
He shines in pride when you catch a star
Then props up in faith when you miss your footing
pushing with all effort in the air.
When the whole world may have denied
And lost faith in you
He never fails
To make sacrifices of everything he has
Because to him you are an uncommonly beautiful flower,
His beautiful flower worthy to flourish.... unpicked unspoilt
He is everything to his child
A super hero with caravan of hope and expectation.
In rain and drought
he is a bringer of shelter
A strong trust in the darkness of night
Looking up to see him
The northern star he is.
Who on my unsteady feet
Holds my finger to walk
And has ears to the ground
To hear my fragmented talk.
Despite a sea of vast worries,
with his child he is ready to play hide and seek
I would say today and every is a father's day.
