To start this poem, I wish lots of exciting cheer
and let me begin by saying have a happy new year.
Also Eid Mubarak to all my Muslim friends,
I wish the happiness in your lives never ever ends.
To those of you with Jewish faith, Happy Hanukkah to you,
Enjoy this festive time of year, by being merry too.
And to all my Christian friends or those who celebrate Christ's birth,
I wish you all all the best with joyful days of mirth.
Diwali may have been and gone,
but I hope your excitement still goes on.
Happy Saturnalia and other pagan festivities,
Just enjoy this holiday, and have fun, please.
