The first person a newborn baby seeks is always its mother,
The most loving woman in a child's eyes, there is no other,
The caregiver of the heavens that showers it with love,
The greatest gift bestowed to every child by god above,

Our mothers have loved us even before we were born,
Our mothers educate us and stitch our clothes if they are torn,
Our mothers are our first love when we are born into this world,
The reason of our existence, there is a mother for every boy and girl,

Our mothers devote themselves to our growth as time steals their youth,
Yet they hide their hardships from us without ever revealing the truth,
Our mothers are incredible, they dedicate their entire lives for our sake,
They worry about us endlessly, often every minute they are awake,

Our mothers are our greatest blessing in this brief life that we live,
Our mothers are most treasured gift that the heavens can give,
No amount of material and wealth can match our mother's worth,
So love and appreciate your mother while she still lives on this earth.
