Hartley The Bhoy Poem by Daniel McDonagh

Hartley The Bhoy

Listen to your heart my friend
and hear what it has to say.
Pay attention to its rhythms
when you stand down Parkhead's way

Listen to the songs of the Celtic
that come from deep within,
for when the Celts emerge onto the field
our soul, it prays for a win.

the songs that surround Paradise
will be songs and hymns of joy.
for the battlecry of the Glasgow Celtic
will welcome Paul Hartley, as a Bhoy.
