Hast Thy Forgot Poem by Michael Lee Buchanan

Hast Thy Forgot

For thou shalt not live truth bent,

Thy promise hast been conquered

Thou promised thy would die hast not thy my kiss

Yet thy still breathes breath in the depth of thou breast

A kiss upon thine lips hast but poisoned the soul

Yet thou hast yet perish from mortal bonds

Hath thou changed thine mind upon death

If thou canst not have love

For thou once promised thy would perish if not for thy love

Yet thy hast not a dropp of love and yet thy hast still to stop

Thine's own breathing and thine own living
