hate

i hate that you hurt me
i hate that you never cared
i hate the way you looked at me
i hate the way you say my name
i hate the way you touched me
i hate how you think it's ok
i hate that i still think of you
i hate how you lied to me
but what i hate the most
is i don't blame you
i blame myself for not hating you

    it just makes you a better person than him
    if you don't mind me asking

We are as clouds that veil the midnight moon;
How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver,
Streaking the darkness radiantly!--yet soon
