Haunted Poem by Gee Cii Schnider

Haunted

Rating: 4.5

Im haunted
Always followed
By the ghostly past
Those invisable feet creak on the floor
Where someone once stood
Why are people following me
People unseen even to themselves
They are invisable haunting figures of the past
I can see my sister walking out the door
To ignore us
As she always used to
Am I cursed by the past
Are figures really there
Or is something just trying to seal me up
Seal me up into the past
Lock me away
Can someone else lock me up
In the straight jacket
In the blank room
Only if the figures will go away
It may not seem right
But it will let me forget
The past that Haunts me
