Haunted Eyes
I want to love you
I really do
I want to be with you
You know its true.
But when i look at you.....
Look into those warm eyes
I see the ghosts of all those pretty girls you turned away
My resolve is shaken,
Those hidden insecurities come out to play.
You say you love me,
I believe you, I really do.
But my dad loves me too
So what else have you got?
I need to be assured you see,
Cause now, I have fallen,
I'm really hoping that I'll be caught.
this one is written for the man I love... we all have baggage and we all got to learn how to deal with it.. and I'm still learning.

Aha! So finally the romantrix have come out! I'm glad that you are a woman who thinks twice before taking any action. Asking for a long term commitment, and getting assuarance is one problem to deal with, and the insecurity about your beauty is playing in the other side. You are absolutely right. We have to deal with our baggage. This is a kind of write, I generally like, to say a lot by scribbling a bit. Nice one dreamer!
