“Though some may heed Salvation’s call
Believe that Christ as true
Not few one day again will fall
To walk death’s road anew

Not all who come will meet the grade
Their robes again they’ll spoil
Their light of grace will come to fade
Because they have no oil

Wake up! And see what must be done
Arise! Come now to me
Although your light could soon be gone
Receive “The Oil” that’s free

Revive yourself on solid ground
On Truth you need to feed
In fellowship True Oil is found
With Christ; my Holy Seed

You sit at home, so sleek and grand
You’re saved! You feel secure
Yet fail to see you’ve built on sand
A house that won’t endure

The plan of life to you has come
My Word will set you free
You play the fool you act so dumb
As though too blind to see

“But God is love! ” I hear you say
Of course this statement’s true
But those who fail to walk my way
Have I got news for you!

Take heed my child to all I’ve said
Believe and understand
Obey! I’ll even raise the dead
To reign as always planned.
