He Bimbles Poem by Francesca Johnson

He Bimbles

Rating: 3.9

He bimbles from the minute he gets up
until he goes to bed.
Nothing better to do
than bimble.
A pleasant occupation is bimbling
and it suits him.

Something very Lewis Carroll about this one. Or is it Charles Dickens? Mr. Bimble, perhaps? Fun read. love, Allie xxxx

You learn something new everyday, so they say, and 'Bimble' is a new word to me. It must be great to 'bimble' all day long. Must try it sometime. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX

I guessed at it but never knew precisely what bimble meant: 'A gentle, meandering walk with no particular haste or purpose.' Quite unlike the poem which makes the point without too much ado. Rgds, Ivan
