HE'LL WIPE THE TEARS
When all the world's in sorrow
And a tear falls from each eye,
From Our Lord's own heart we'll borrow
The weeping of the sky.
As He sheds His mighty power
And He cleanses away our fears
He'll bring into our lives each hour
The sunlight of the years.
And when the vail is gone forever
On this mountain of our Lord
Then death will be a memory
As we bask in His sweet word.
He'll wipe these tears from faces
For no sadness there will be
As He opens eyes of those gone on,
Now His goodness... all can see.
