He Ressurected Me Poem by wild fire

Kerry smiled at me and I could see
his broken heart through his fake smile
and I felt dizzy with the pain of living
as it seemed my broken heart would never mend

He came over and said 'you're dead, my enemy'
which was a joke between just us
' I hate to love you, but I love to hate you, now tell
me what's wrong.' I rolled my eyes and turned away

He went around me to face me again and this time
more gently he poked my arm, 'A.J. i'm serious. When
was the last time you slept? ' I sighed and rolled my eyes
'Kerry I'm fine' He frowned at me knowiing I was lying

'No youre not.' I held my phone in my hand and dropped it
and the room started to spin. 'A.J. when did you last eat? '
I tried to walk away but stumbled here and there
'Kerry I'm fine okay! ' We had attracted the attention of everyone

Kerry held my arm and I tried to pull away 'A.J. sit down! I'm not
playing this game anymore! ' I sat as he yelled at everyone to mind
their business and put both hands on my face 'A.J. look at me.'
I looked at him and saw two of him staring back at me

He pulled out some chips from his backpack 'Eat these.'
I went to protest but he put the food in my mouth. 'A.J. I dont wanna
see you die.' I ate slowly but still fainted and awoke to an EMT
gently tapping my face. 'A.J. wake up.'

When I got out of the hopsital Kerry was there
and he hugged me in front of everyone shocking them all
because they knew us to be enemies
'A.J. it's no fun if your enemy cant fight back when you wanna kill them'

Later while we were alone
I thanked Kerry for not giving up on me
He smiled 'I knew there'd be other girls so my heartache disappeared,
but A.J. there'd never be another best friend.' He grabbed my hand and squeezed it then kissed my forehead.....


' You're the best enemy friend I'll ever have.'
