Inner growth is a transition
A moment, a time, in motion

Our injuries seeking validation
Our sense of self needing vindication

Relying on a prescription
To help ease the pain with medication

In hopes to find a solution
Some kind of resolution

The mind turning in constant rotation
Seeking some point of destination

Time is needed for reflection
To process, to accept through meditation

Finding meaning and an explanation
For our actions with a sense of conviction

Looking within one self, arise a revelation
Gaining clarity and a connection

A truth and self identity rise in recognition
A beginning, a new birth, a resurrection

Inner growth is a transition
In spirit, in strength, and in constant evolution
