Hear A Tick? (Heretic) Here's A Trick, (A’bracadab’ra) Poem by E Nigma

Hear A Tick? (Heretic) Here's A Trick, (A’bracadab’ra)

The dragon sleeps next to me
When I'm awake he is strong
When I'm silent he speaks for me
Only right as there is wrong

I spread my wings and soar
They span across the waters
The image you abhor
Is the only one that bothers

I placed your seed in the womb
Conjured forth with my orders
You seek less and presume
Your doom exists in what was watered

Dark skies bloom as thoughts on high
When push comes to pull
The wool covers the why

And who gave birth to what was happening! ?
Where was my guardian! ?
Where was my light! ?

The subtle smirk with silence laughing inside

Baffled at the distracting sleight of hand
I understood in that moment
That where I stood differed from where they stand

Their lack of understanding on how pride works
Allowed a bitter sweet symphony to whisper verse

Ushering in a moment where I was cast down
They were cast out
No longer united, but divided we fell

Now it's not everyday I can say this
Because I live it

But when light is as blinding as ignorance
It's in those moments that even light needs guidance.
