Heart In Oak *

Such as does repose
fine grain.

Polished surface gained
thus by feel.

Soul of a giant
lays within.

Bowing Gently
in the breeze.

I've heard of heartwood **, but i didn't know trees really have hearts or souls, OR soles. But i do know that they have limbs! ** noun: heartwood : the dense inner part of a tree trunk, yielding the hardest timber. bri :) :)
