Heart Palpitations
heart palpitations
signal
future imagined events
current worries and past history
being in the moment means
feeling the palpatations but
not being in the future or the past
or letting either of them define the now
the now defines the now as
letters flow onto the screen straight from
the fingers from the arms
dictated by the brain
the next moment has not happened in the now.
