Heed To Me Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Heed To Me

We believe You come
Just at the thought
That You will
But why is it
You don't come
Even when called?

We ask if You will
Turn our lives
In the right
Direction
And You just
Stay quiet.

I have gathered
Rare flowers
And carefully
Prepared a garland
And I sing with delight
Songs to awaken You.

You provide light
As friend to
This wonderful world
And You have saved
Life's principles
In great scriptures.

This plea I make
With the thought
That You'll heed
You're the one
Who gave life
What if we can't see You!
