Heil Heissscheisser!

I'd flicked through 'The Naked and the Dead'
But hadn't ever read it.
I saw a Mailer under ROMANCE
That I couldn't credit.

I rely on serendipity
To find a book to read.
I picked it up and had a flick...
...the big post-winter bee pee need.

'The Castle in the Forest'
Is what the book is named:
About the origins of Adolf.
'Read me, ' it proclaimed.

Little Adi Shitler
Is what his brother called him,
For his habit with his poo.
Little Adi Scheisser
Is another name would do.

When he'd reached up to his heights
His brother just couldn't be nicer.
He upgraded Adi's moniker
And heiled his Fuhrer 'Heissscheisser! '

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Apologies if necessary to Norman Mailer. He didn't go quite so far as to say that Hitler's brother had those nicknames for him or heiled him that. They are my projections. Very likely, don't you think? Norman might be kicking himself down there.
The bee ref.=Hitler's father had hives after retirement. The bees save up all winter then have a big pee outside on the first warm day of spring. Don't hang out your washing.
There is a huge bibliography at the end of this book, but no mention there of 'Hitler: Mein Kampf'.'
