Hell Inside Poem by Edimar Silva

Hell Inside

Rating: 5.0

I'm stretching my arms as long as I can
Trying to hold onto things I want the most
But time is running fast so I can't stand
The demons are free and I'm their host

I can't find salvation, my mind's now black
The hell inside of me is calling its sons
My body is aching, the demons are now back
It's huge, it's heavy, it weights lots of tons

I can barely breathe, my vision is blur
My heart's pace is quickening, I cannot defend
There's a smile in my face, it sounds absurd
I'm happy for seeing how close is the end
