Her
I love you
Oh god knows I do
This feeling you put me through
Euphoria long overdue
My heart sings a soulful melody
Soaring on open wings
No place for tears
This is a beautiful affair
To drown in you
That is my desire
To fill my lungs with joy
And to indulge in this bliss
Wash over me
Pull me away from the shore
From this land of sorrow
I am submissive to your current
Please life…guard
Let me be free
To drift away from this mess
And watch me drown in happiness
So much more upbeat than the rest but i can still taste and see the sadness behind it..

Zarabeth is right. There is a sadness her that is almost unspoken. Much more than we see.The writer is holding some pain. This actually reduces the poem for the reader. Though, I'm sure it suits the writer. GW62
