I could see her in trouble
Otherwise she was alert and capable
She could handle any situation
There was never such kind of confusion

She was taking steps cautiously
As if she needed help really
I was willing to go to any extent
It was inward feeling for nice moment

“Can you spare some time”? She whispered
I leaned forward happily and offered
“I am likely to attain motherhood” she uttered
I took her word seriously and gravely understood

Even though for quite sometimes we were together
I did not think about it or ever occurred
We had lost tolerance and concentration
Now it was real test of good relation

She was about to fall on ground
I reassured and took firmly her hand
“Nothing to worry about our baby”
I shall take all the responsibility

She heard it when was half awake
As so much was at stake
I took her to bed and rested
She got smiles and was happily seated

I had heard stories about desertion
Forceful tactics adopted for abortion
Sore affairs of ending bond and link
Some girls preferred to end life or started to think

I was happy for her frankness
She was ready to bring happiness
Even a the cost of separation
I firmly stood for holy relation
