no matter what the problem is
if you are in trouble or need a shoulder
just talk to me and i'll be there
a friend in your time of turmoil

don't hesitate to call
or even send an email
for i'll answer as soon as i can
and talk or listen for as long as you like

wish i could be there to hold your hand
to hold you close as you cry
it wouldn't be right
for me to sit idly by in your time of need

so this is my way of saying
that no matter what
i will always care for you
