Here Comes Sunshine Poem by Peter S. Quinn

Here Comes Sunshine

Here comes sunshine
on a rainy day,
giving pleasures fine
in a keyboards' play.
On and always on
the leaps of melodies,
another day in sun
and beautiful memories.

Here comes darling
flying from yesterday,
always fresh like spring
in her beautiful way.
Days aren't beyond
if they are inside,
then they're always found
and to you again abide.

Here come hours still
I knew before,
longings to fulfill
open ways to shore.
Where time sails through
into a distant gone,
just me and you
and songs still to be done.
