Hidden Desire Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Hidden Desire

By the time
You might have known sometimes
That how much I dare
And take so much of care

It was my desire
And always admire
Your flowery appearance
And beautiful smile on face

This is not wordy appreciation
But speaks of special relation
The respect ad honor I carry
At the same worry too

"The beauty is joy for ever" I believe
With same impression I live
Not only in garden had I watered the plants
But raised them the way I wanted

I have watched you closely
And dreamed purposely
To propose you for ever
As it had been the hidden desire
