His Blessing Poem by Sudam Panigrahi

His Blessing

Inside an eddy of loneliness,
as stab spaniels of ruthless silence.
I’m but alone, dejected and forlorn,
lover longing for your divine presence. (1)

Have got beautiful memories to savour,
and good time that favoured.
But the same time is stabbing now,
as cicatrices get scratched and uncovered. (2)

Folding hands I entreat, Oh Lord,
why on earth, you don’t now favour?
Stroll I in front of your temple,
do you listen, Oh, my Redeemer? (3)

As gift, I’ve musky aroma for your mood,
a bouquet of white night –queen buds.
Have closed my eyes, lo,
give me a soothing sandal touch. (4)

Have braced plethora of odds,
to reach your divine abode.
Save me from further downfall,
as on a boat rudderless, I now board. (5)

Are your breaking separation, oh dear.
Surrender, I now everything, oh my lord.
