History Of Love

Before you close your memory of me
Remember the history of our love
The memories that can not be closed
I still love you and you still wanna go

If you're no longer my lover
You're still my best friend.
If you're no longer my best friend
You're still my friend

If you're no longer my friend
You're still an acquaintance
Which you can't close or run away from.
It's a memory, the history of love

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Inspired by the occasions that some former lovers would turn to bitter enemies when their love affairs hit the rock.
End of love shouldn't be the end of any relationship. If one is no longer interested to be a lover, best friend or friend, he or she will still forever remains an acquaintance. That's where it started from and will only ends there and can't be deleted like d aforementioned types of relationship. End of love shouldn't be a face fight but should be the start of an underling friendship.
