Hold my hands,
walk with me,
to highest mountains
to the deepest trenches

Never leave my side,
in the darkest hour,
in the thickest struggle
in the deepest pits

When there are no shadows,
no place to call home
no shoulder to fall upon
embrace me all along

When I stumble,
when I grumble,
hold me firm,
whisper in my ears

While the wishes crack,
dreams crumble down
the bruises run deep
turning life into existence

There, every time, always
Let me see the sunshine
Push me a step further
Assure me your company

Together,
I can discover joy
Walk ahead to light
Soar higher that I wished

Dear Hope,
Hold me strong,
Hold me long
Hold me evermore
