It is good to divert
And insert
Some activities
To ward off sleepless possibility

If mind is seized with constant work
Same scene will be repeated in words
It may ring in mind constantly
You will feel harassment mentally

The sleep shall be miles away
You shall be sleepless any way
So what helps to overcome?
I think prayers are welcome

Keep on repeating holy name
The restlessness may be overcome
Mind shall be slowly turn idle
The sleep shall take over without trouble

I have experienced and still feel
The sleep queen enters at will
I resort to worship with constant repeat
The sleep rushes in to greet
