Holy Rivers Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Holy Rivers

Holy rivers

Love and pray
All water ways
Those rivers carry!
Along shores of many countries

How many great civilizations to name?
Now we have remnants to claim
But it had great impact
And it shall remain open fact

So rivers had great role
People bow head and call
Some people call rivers as their mothers
Who always depend on her water?

When you have faith in her sacredness
You are always thankful on face
When visit the flow and touch water on head
The happiness is clearly read

Rivers are not only called holy
But our survival too depends wholly
National economy or personal growth
That remains in our mind till last breathe
