Love without home is often pain,
    Home without love is bitterness
Great truths reflected in this beautifully envisioned poem. Thanks for sharing.

A man may buy a house, but its the woman who turns it into a home with love, sacrifice, hard chores to put the home in order. So {Home} & {Love} are the prerogative of the woman who has tied up with the man to start a family. Its true these two important words_____ Homa & Love are interconnected. Simple byut beautiful poem.

I have a thick card with the poem Home and Love although it stops at Than home and love. By Robert W Service the front has two trees with a road leading to two homes. Its black and white on the back written in pencil says 1868

Very nice that he was able to identify these two words out of all of them.
Personally, I agree that these are the two most 'complete' words out there - purely in their feeling and uncompromising, agreeable adoration.
