Hot Chocolate For Two

She was waiting outside the café
(Cute as a button!)
I gave her a kiss on the head
(How could I resist?)
We sat and chatted about our adventures
(Hers more than mine…)
It was cold so we went inside
(She’s finally home!)
Hot chocolate for two
(Perfect on a cold day!)
Talking about whatever
(Only a table-length away…)
Pointing out the nice red-head
(Why did I do that?)
Giggling at the phallic stirrer
(We're still children inside…)
Touching each other’s faces
(She’s so close…)
Teasing and laughing
(When did we last?)
Discussing our plans and dreams
(But mine is right here…)
She always makes me smile
(Not much does!)
It was exactly what I wanted it to be
(A perfect Saturday…)

i was so much attracked by the title and when i read it i found more attractive and beautiful
i love the way u express the inner thoughts it makes it sooooooo real

This was cute & sort of reminded me of a scene in 'manhattan' where the conversation is subtitled - similar to your inner thoughts you include.
