You said i had your heart,
for your whole life.
You said i had your heart
and you had mine.
You said you would protect me
from the bad things in this world.
You said you would be there for me
every day of your life.

I remember when we first talked,
I saw the sparks in your eyes.
I remember the fun that we had,
on our first bus ride together.
Remember the times we had fun
those radient smiles that you give.
How could you shatter these memories,
these precious memories of mine.

How could you just leave me alone,
alone to fend for myself.
I told you i'm not strong,
i need your helping hand.
Do you not remember,
the promises you made to me?
How could you leave me alone,
to survive on my own.

I remember every chat we had,
the jokes that we speak daily.
The fun we had every single day,
that smile that you give, so bright.
How could you just leave me,
all alone to stand on my two feet.
Why, why did you leave me
all alone just like that.
