How many families are destroyed
Over the loss of a loved one?

How many harsh words can we say
Of each other?

How can some people see love as
greed
And others see love as
memories?

How can we love others
And not ourselves?

Why not stick together
As a family?

Why not love each other
As we would like to be loved?

Why not forget the harsh words
With knifelike edge?

If the deceased looked down
Would they be disgusted?

If the deceased looked down
Would they be sad?

What happened to the good times?
What happened to the love of US?
What happened to US?

Would the deceased look down
With a frown?

And wonder what in the Hell
Is going down?

Brother versus brother,

Sister versus sister,

In-law versus outlaw.

In the name of Love-
