How To Free Yourself From The Capitalist Plantation Success Secrets Poem by Haki Aitoro

How To Free Yourself From The Capitalist Plantation Success Secrets

Rating: 5.0

A money maid I am
I sold my life for £15000
Time whips me into servitude
Leaving the scars of 9-5
8-6
Continental shift
Deeply imprinted in my mind
Branded on my body
The pain is so deeply rooted
That I have come to accept
Such daily torment
For my body knows nothing else
My master
Is my company
Some call it the firm
Others my job
I am the cash cow
A modern serf
Never paid my worth
Labouring in the field of riches
To afford the bosses
To grant the rulers
Their continuous wealth
And my inevitable poverty
For I am a deluded slave
Exploited
On a capitalist plantation

Master feeds me and clothes me
As his father fed and clothed my father before
As his grandfather fed and clothed my grandfather before
Ruler taxes me and levies duty
As his father taxed and levied duty on my father before
As his grandfather taxed and levied duty on my grandfather before
To spend as he wishes on his life of grandeur and comfort
On his buildings of magnificence and splendour
His abode of luxury
His family’s past times and great journeys
At my expense
As I toil and sweat in the name of democracy
In the naïve hope of freedom and justice
To be released from this financial bondage
By those who claim to be the just opposition
The party of honesty
That will speak for the enslaved masses
But not free us from the capitalist plantation
Nor
The ruler’s biased and unfair system of taxation

They will teach my children not the path to freedom
Nor
Teach them fiscal wisdom
Nor
Help us to develop our financial acumen
For economic knowledge
Fiscal insight
Will liberate
Many a serf from the bonds of economic servitude
From the pains of financial hardship
And free us from the whip of taxation
In the name of entrepreneurship
Independence
And corporate enterprise

For the richest people
Pay the least tax
And the poorest
Pay so much more
For the rich are wise
In the game of capitalism
And the poor are ignorant
In the sport of enterprise
For they know not the rules of wealth
Only the rules of poverty
For the rules of poverty
Are those of servitude
And struggle
A lifetime battle
Spiritual resistance
And the rules of wealth
Are those of independence
And comfort
A lifetime peace
Spiritual fluidity

For the rich are independent
In the name of self employment
Corporation
Limited company
Passive income
Royalties
And stocks
This is the path of great wealth
With less taxation
And the poor are dependent
In the name of job
Wage
Salary
Net earnings
And employment
The path of little wealth
Yet great taxation
In the name of false freedom
For all
Yet only for a few achieve
In the name of financial acumen

Ignorance is bliss
For the rulers and their friends
Who taught me
Money is the root of all evil
To covet wealth is a sin
Real wealth is after death
Study to attain a good job
Work hard and you will achieve
So they may profit from my sweat and blood
And water their gardens of affluence
With my tears of confusion
Build their great sanctuaries
With my sore limbs of loyalty and naivety
For I am their dutiful servant
A hamster running on their wheel of abundance
On their capitalist plantation

My life
A struggle to pay the ruler’s taxes
A struggle to pay his friends’ bills
A struggle to pay off credit cards
A life time mortgage
Until death
Wishing for economic relief
Praying for that dream vacation
Financial freedom
In the name of hope
For a better life
In a one in a million chance
Some call a lottery ticket
Others bingo
For there is no virtue
Nor freedom
In poverty

Fooled I was
To devote my life to a career
To work and mine wealth for others
Not for myself
To build kingdoms for others
Not my own
In a false sense of
Security
A false belief
That my small income was guaranteed
That it was easier to labour
Day and night
For a wage
Than develop the business
In which I worked
And earn the bosses income
And pay less tax
And become a ruler of my financial world
Rather than the ruled

So I studied the ways of wealth
No longer would I be an ignorant slave
At the mercy of a powerful master
I would become wise in the rules of business
Adept in the laws of abundance
A master of prosperity
By using my creativity
Mustering the confidence
Seizing opportunities
To build my own business
Constructing my foundation of success
My economic master piece

A small investment yet great profits
An Information business
A most important product
Generating wealth
From the knowledge I took for granted
From the hungry consumers
Seeking a moment of happiness
A solution to their pain
A better way
On the capitalist plantation

I ploughed my profits
Not into expensive fashion
Nor flashy cars
Nor moments of bravado
But into
The many streams of passive income
In order to make my land of wealth more fertile
Investing in the great corporations of the world
In order to enjoy the spoils of their future profits
Buying foreign stocks
To awaken tomorrow to new found wealth
Inventing my own products
As to receive endless royalties from my growing customer base
Buying acres of land
A most profitable asset
Teaching my new found financial wisdom
For there will always be ravenous students
Paying less tax
As I knew the secrets of protecting my income
Building a new life
From which to enjoy the fruits of my labour
For I was now free from the capitalist plantation

Town criers of poverty
Day dreamers of success
Servants of bills
Consumer addicts
Conjurers of shortage
Dodgers of debt
Complainers of hardship
Financially uninformed
Terrified of the future
Who consume
But don’t invest
Free yourself
From the trap of the rat race
From the capitalist plantation
From the poverty indoctrination
From the dependence
And become wise
And realise
That your financial success
Is your decision

Your economic freedom
Is the legitimate child of your
Inner confidence
Unique Ideas
Business acumen
Investment knowledge
Creative talents
Networking skills
Marketing insights
Customer service
For abundance is your divine blessing
Wealth is your right
If you are ready to learn
The rules of wealth and independence
And build your financial kingdom

So young master
Develop your business
Seize new opportunities
Find niche markets
Offer a better service
Create a better product
Sell your ideas and knowledge you take for granted
Help others to help themselves
In order to proclaim your wealth
Seize the moment
And
Free yourself from the plantation of capitalism
