Rating: 2.6

Hundreds … Saw Him Rise …………….. (1 Cor.15: 6)
They Saw It With Their Own Eyes
Not Just A Few … Not Just Twelve
Hundreds … Saw It For Themselves

Hundreds … Saw Him Rise
That’s Why, They Had Courage To Try
That’s Why, They Were Brave In Arena
They Fell, Because He Rose – They Seen Him

They Risked Life and Death and Limb
Just To Tell ‘Us’, About Him
Risked Their Beloved Children’s Lives
Now, You Know … It Can’t Be Lies! …

…Was Not A Cult … And Not Suicide
Others, Took Away Their Lives
Those Christians, Wanted To Live!
But, Into Cowardice, They Would Not Give

Because, Hundreds … Had Seen Him Alive!
Saw Death, Could Not Even Deprive
Him Of The Promise, GOD Had Made
3 Days … Then Resurrected From Grave!

Hundreds … Knew Jesus, Did Rise
Even After He’d Been Stabbed In His Side
And Put and Prepared In A Tomb
Days Later … He Entered A Locked Room

Some Say, They Can’t Believe
But, It Brought Hundreds, To Their Knees
And They Reported What They Saw
At Threat Of Death, From Man’s Law

It Isn’t Legend, But History
You Can’t Fake That Kind Of Authenticity
You Can’t Corroborate A Fallacy
Nobody, Is Willing To Die For A Travesty!

And Its Easy, To Spot a Fantasy
And Someone Can Expose A Forgery
But Hundreds, Saw, It’s Real – Not Rumor
Valid Fact Some Find Later, (Some Sooner)

Look … There’s More Proof For The Resurrection
Than That We Just Came From Chance-Selection
There’s Evidence, For The Power of GOD
More Than, We All Jumped From Swamps, As Frogs

And We’ve Seen Proof, We Don’t Know Everything
Look … The Universe Is Still Waiting …
For Us To See – Impossibilities! …
That Will Make Us Gasp – Astoundingly! …

… Like the Hundreds, Who Saw, He Did Rise
And Later, He Rose Up Into Cloudy Skies
As He Left, He Didn’t Say Goodbye
He Said, ”I Am With You Always” He Didn’t Lie

(‘cause since then, I’ve Seen Him Rise For Me
Hundreds Of Times, In Miracle Oddities)

… Yes, Millions Now Know … He Did Rise …
