These eyes don’t cry for me,
They can see the path you’re walking on.
They cry because they can see your destiny.
They can see the raging storm.

You can’t see clearly.
Your vision has been fogged.
The end of this road,
Has been blocked.

These roses will soon,
Show their thorns.
The hypocritical beauty,
Will soon mourn.

I pull you back,
Not because I want to lead the way.
I pull you back,
Because I want to stop you from going astray.

The blood on this path,
Is hidden from your vision.
But I can see it clearly.
It’s not an illusion.

These shackles, these thorns,
Throw me into the realm of my past.
I stop you before you end up like me.
But you’re walking too fast.

Why can’t you see the true meaning,
Behind my screams, my tears?
Why do you fail to see,
My heart is full of fears?

Fear for your smile,
Being taken away.
Fear that this beauty,
Will once again slay.

I have been a victim,
How can you forget?
I want to stop you,
Before it’s too late to even regret.

My arms are stretched.
My eyes are full of hope.
That soon you will return.
You will not cut the rope.

I watch as you run down the road,
Run away from me.
Run towards the bottomless pit,
That I clearly see.

Don’t think my intention,
Is to afflict pain upon you.
I’m merely trying to open your eyes.
I’m trying to show you the real hue.
