I Alone Poem by Soumita Sarkar

I Alone

Rating: 5.0

We crave for love
We want to offer love
Relationships at core
We are called social

Yet we can not deny
we all are alone
after one point
we aspire for a space
only our place and soul

When call of time
shatter the voice
when our tone maul
our integrity at stake
Yes we crave to love
one person....
that looks deep
in a mirror
I am for that person
alive not dead
then stale relations
remain as mute rock

Some corner mends
Some words tend
Yet the sneer
rather looks fail
