I Am Poem by sue crocker

I Am

I am your conscience, I am your doubt
I am the words that just slip out
I am the reason, I am your fate
I am the one who has no forsake

I am the guilt, that you wear well
I am the sadness on which you dwell
I am the loneliness that tears you in two
I am also the hope, that will pull you through

I am in your mind, I show you the way
I am the the cause of things that you say
I am the spokesman, I am your guiding light
I am the one in your dreams every night

I am your best friend and enemy too
I am your conscience, devoted to you
I am the one who decides what you do
I am just me, but in reality I am you

THATS QUITE CLEVER, WE ALL HAVE ONE OF YOU IN OUR HEAD. THE WORST ONE OF MINE ARE THE THINGS I’V SAID. THEN I WORRY THEN I FRET THEN I SLEEP, BUT I DON’T FORGET. TRUE TO LIFE GOOD POEM.
