I am Africa the brave
As strong as the earth
The thickness of black
Is my gift from God

I am Africa the wise
The well of knowledge
The fountain of wisdom
The home of sages

I am Africa the beautiful
My color is my pride
I am the beauty of nature
I am a shining star

I am Africa the black
I am the home of man
The first of humanity
I am proud to be Africa
