I am from the darkest of places
where no one sees the truth
where lies, fake and false combined as one
I am from the never ending circle of life
where death and life rapidly repeat themselves
excitement runs short and pain is multiplying
I am from the womb of a sinner
just as everyone else
I am no different than the souls lost around me
I am from a family, a city, a world, a religion
to which no other holds my name and title
put here for reasons beyond my comprehension
I am from the cold silent mind and of a girl
dying to escape into reality
where all can see and understand
these false, fakes keep me breathing day to day
I am from hollow heart of an alcoholic
reflected upon me as a mirror
the image runs through my body
I am from a creator bigger than life itself
a supernatural experience of hope, faith and love
as far away as he, some how close to me
I am from everywhere and anywhere
for those who read these words
I am from none other than here!
