I Am Where Nothing Is Poem by Shalom Freedman

I Am Where Nothing Is

I AM WHERE NOTHING IS

I am where nothing is
The sun is shining too brightly
A line any line might save me for a moment
The world has changed
Everyone is so much older
I have already written this poem
A few thousand times
But this time
Now
I need another poem
And this is what I have.
