I Appreciate
I appreciate
I appreciate
Your spirit
And gesture
To encourage readers and writers
I find no enthusiasm
For poems on humanism
On patriotism
But only on blossom
People take me lightly
And comment on my response quickly
But poems go unnoticed
That I have noticed
I still go steps further
To offer some more
Direction that to encourage
And fall in their line to manage
You shall also know
How far can we go?
Under the hostile reception
Even though I know their temptation
Shall I write or not
I am caught
With one word
To lie low and not to look forward

I believe that the postings in Your Space - poetry, opinion, fiction - cover a wide spectrum of themes from nature, science, philosophy and human relations. Among the younger writers there could be an inclination towards nature, an easier theme. You have a tendency to look for feedbacks from readers. Given the nature and sensibilities of a group, this may or may not happen as per your expectation.
