I Belong To You Poem by Asma Khan

I Belong To You

Rating: 4.0

On the land of your heart
I planted seeds of love and
watered them with my dreams.

When the rays of your love
fell on my hopes,
they sparkled the faith of your love.

I buried the sorrows in the barren land of pains,
and brought a handful of future with me
to live the desires of a new beginning of your love.

In the grave of bitter days,
I left all memories of a gloomy past,
what is for me in the eyes of time is
mere You and your love.

I coloured our days with joys of spring
a never ending love story of our love,
in the book of this world,
with rainbows of your love.

My days are rising with your presence,
the nights come whispering your name,
to pat me with the
sweetness of your love.
